ELSI

The acronym ELSI stands for: Ethical, legal and social issues.

Ethics is a kind of posterior norm established in the space of the world and human nature opened up by technology. However, as the caretaker of the "world" of the world, namely "nature" and "human nature", ethics exercises its legal supervision and constraint on new technology. In other words, it is technology that empowers ethics to transcend. But the premise is that technology is always providing a construction of the world and a construction of humanity.

Law is formulated or recognized by the state and enforced by the state, reflecting the will of the ruling class determined by specific material living conditions of the normative system. Law is the embodiment of the will of the ruling class and the ruling tool of the state.

Social issues, as one of the important fields of sociology research, is a kind of social disorder phenomenon that affects the healthy life of social members, hinders the coordinated development of society, and attracts widespread attention of the public.
